Progress

Making some progress on the oral sleep appliance. The first night I was only able to keep it in for one hour... the second night I managed to keep it in for two hours... the third night (last night) I kept it in for three hours before I woke up uncomfortable. Later that night I was able to put it back in and sleep some more... then I had a dream. In my dream we were late for church and I had run back into the house for something... I had a mouth full of sticky gum and I was trying to get it loose by opening my mouth. I tried and tried, and finally got my mouth loose... and then woke up and realized I had pulled the top half of the oral appliance loose from my top teeth instead. :)

Mikey's soccer team won their second game of the season yesterday! So they're two and oh for the season so far. Mikey's getting to be a pretty good soccer player, getting to where the ball is and getting it moving in the right direction. I was really proud of him!
